So here comes Thanksgiving 2021! My advice: don't cook! First of all the supply chain is jacked up beyond belief. This NY Times article talks about even if you can get supplies they will crush your wallet! Might as well pay a REAL chef to do all the heavy lifting!
Then there is just the stress of DIY. Don't get me wrong--I love the Thanksgiving meal as much as anyone. It's a joyous union of about 8 of my favorite comfort foods all at the same table. Turkey, stuffing--all of it comes together in one of the most delicious and nostalgic flavor profiles of the year. But the 8-10 hours (shopping, cooking, and dishes) never seem worth it for the 30-45 minutes of gorging on the meal (and then the glorious tryptophan nap). And in a year where Thanksgiving needs to hit it out of the park, I make an especially impassioned annual pitch for you to leave it to the pros!
Below is a list of take-out options that will create gastronomic joy and render stress obsolete. Chef Andrea Montobbio, takes care of Thanksgiving entertaining with a
chef-inspired farm-to-table turkey meal that feeds four for $250. The meal
includes half of a wood fire-roasted turkey roulade with pork sausage and
chestnut stuffing; cranberry-orange chutney and rosemary gravy; roasted
butternut squash lasagna; olive oil smashed potatoes; green beans with
bacon and red onion jam; baby kale with goat cheese, cranberry, shaved

Milton's Cuisine & Cocktails offers a Thanksgiving meal with ALL the fixings, Milton's is preparing a Thanksgiving feast boasting a 12- to 14-pound apple-brined and smoked turkey with one quart each of mashed potatoes, Madeira gravy, sage-corn spoonbread, smoked Gouda mac 'n cheese, cheddar grits, Kentuckyaki Brussels sprouts and green beans for $175. The turkey comfortably feeds six to eight guests with sides feeding two to four. Additional savory sides for both meal options are $20 per quart. Sugar Factory Atlanta has rolled out its Gobble Gobble Milkshake- a decadent pumpkin spice shake that tastes like fall in a glass. This milkshake combines velvety smooth vanilla ice cream and chunks of homemade pumpkin pie. It's served in a milk chocolate ganache coated mug, decorated with candy pumpkins and topped with a slice of pumpkin pie, whipped cream and a dark chocolate turkey.

Fine dining gem Atlas at St. Regis Atlanta will be offering a $145 pp Thanksgiving dine-in feast. Adjoining Garden Room will offer a la carte with a family-style turkey available to order for the table. Each guest will be given turkey, stuffing, gravy + bread to be able to make a "leftovers" sandwich the next day - with a recipe card. On top of that they will be offering 3 levels of pairings are available should guests want to indulge in wine. (Pricing varies by level). 5Church Atlanta welcomes guests to dine in for Thanksgiving. The Midtown restaurant's buffet includes carving stations with roast turkey breast, salt-crusted prime rib and marinated grilled salmon as well as an array of fresh salads, side dishes and desserts that will have guests coming back for seconds and thirds. The buffet runs from 11 a.m.-8 p.m. and costs $67 per adult and $18 per child. Ocean & Acre welcomes families to its majestic dining room on Thanksgiving Day for a four-course pre-fixe menu of elevated Thanksgiving fare.
