I have been super into Food Halls lately--with the traditional brick-and-mortar openings slowing, a great food hall is a way to snarf down artisan-quality food in a high-energy atmosphere.
New to the scene
Most recently I visited the recently-opened Halidom Eatery (see all my photos below) on the east side of Atlanta with eleven stalls, a plush bar, an elite event area, and a carefully curated outdoor green space that will create a vibrant new community space along Moreland Avenue in East Atlanta. It's super high-design and gorgeous with lots of energy. Vendors include Press Waffle Co., Luze Mexicano Cocina, Mad Dads Philly's, Mango Indian Grill, Locale Island Eats, Deallo's Seafood, Just Dogs ATL, Wasabi Sushi & Ramen, Luca's Brooklyn Pizzeria, Grind Time Coffee Co., and Buena Papa Fry Bar. If you are on the east side, this is a strong investment in that area's gentrification.
