If you are heading to a Georgia Tech football game this fall or a State Farm arena show or a game to a Falcons game at Mercedes Benz Stadium, consider a warm-up at El Burro Pollo, a terrific Mexican street burrito stand from chef Hector Santiago. Hector has been on the scene since 2001, had multiple James Bear nominations and even was on season 6 of Top Chef. Currently, he operates El Super Pan at the Battery and in Ponce City Market but El Burro Pollo really hits the mark for goliath burritos, nachos and ceviches. The margaritas are special too.
