Give A Little Bit
Open Hand Atlanta's 30th Annual Dining
Out For Life is happening on Wednesday, April 26. Over
60 participating restaurants will donate a percentage of each customer's total
bill to Open Hand Atlanta and help the organization continue to ensure that all
clients have the peace of mind of knowing that their meals will be delivered to
them at no charge, right to their doorstep. This year's restaurants include
Atlanta favorites such as Ecco, Taqueria del Sol, Roshambo, Hobnob, Agave,
Local Three, Eclipse di Luna, and more.
New At Truist
Live! at The Battery - the entertainment destination in the heart of The Battery Atlanta is
unveiling the new Blue Moon Beer Garden this Thursday, April 6, just in time for
spring weather and baseball season. The new concept will feature a completely
redesigned, expansive outdoor patio, a coastal-inspired menu, live music and a
thoughtfully curated selection of daily activations.
Pinky Cole, the visionary, founder, and CEO behind an acclaimed
burger joint Slutty Vegan has opened a location at Atlanta's Truist Park. The freestanding kiosk will be
located in section 130 by the third base gate and will offer a modified menu
tailored to the baseball experience with bangin' vegan takes on stadium staples
including BIG DAWG™ - Plant-based bratwurst,
sauerkraut & Slut Sauce on a vegan pretzel bun, TENDERONIS - Crispy,
plant-based Chick'N tenders served hot & ready for dipping, SLUTTY FRIES - French
fries with signature Slut Dust and SIDE SAUCES - Slut Sauce, Ranch Dipping
Sauce, Blackberry Mayo, Agave Mustard & BBQ Sauce. This takes a TINY bit of sting out of H&F Burger's tragic departure from Truist.
New Brunch
A couple of new spots to try for brunch: Humble Pie, the neighborhood restaurant offering
chef-driven American dishes, is set to launch a Sunday brunch service this
Sunday, April 9. Located at Atlanta's Westside mixed-use property The Interlock (1115
Howell Mill Rd, Suite P100), the new restaurant is from Chefs Ron Hsu and
Aaron Phillips, the team behind Atlanta's acclaimed Lazy Betty and 2023 James
Beard Award semifinalists for Best Chef Southeast.
The
Americano, the Italian-inspired steakhouse
from internationally renowned chef Scott Conant, just started an all-new Sunday
brunch program. Featuring house-made favorites,
including Steak & Eggs, Wagyu Beef Cheek Hash, Pasta al Pomodoro, a
tableside Bloody Mary Cart, and much more, guests are invited to enjoy brunch
at the buzzing and beautifully appointed Buckhead restaurant each Sunday from 11 am-3 pm.
Finally, Dailies and Sides now open in Pullman Yards on the east side is a cute little
joint that offers breakfast classics and some whimsical dishes like pancakes
with Oreos and lucky charm next to a slate of pickleball courts on the weekend.
