Happy Birthday, Murphy's!

On December 1 Murphy's in the VA Highlands celebrated 40 years of incredible food and memories! To honor this, they want are offering a special for their long-time customers (as well as new ones). Through the end of the year order their Chicken Dinner for 4 or Meatloaf Dinner for 4 for $40 each. THIS IS A STEAL! The dinners will include the Meatloaf or Chicken, sides of potatoes and green beans and dessert of cookies (no salad or rolls like some of their other to-go meals). Their idea with this is also a perfect way to gift a meal such as a neighbor that is shut-in or elderly, a family that is in need, or if you want to do something nice during the holidays for your staff or for a church/non-profit/community organization that wants to feed a lot of families in need. Order here!

Calls from Listeners

Calls came in today in lieu of the UGA Vandy game...

Charline in Atlanta wants to tell us about Wonderkid, the super-cool diner that opened at the end of 2019 in Reynoldstown!

Sharon is craving poutine, the Canadian delight of french fries smothered in gravy and cheese curds! Try The General Muir or The Vortex's "Dixie Wrecked Taters" (say it out loud quickly to get the joke).

Alan says to check out Los Portales in Powder Springs and Bill urged also try Jalisco on Peachtree Battle is an iconic authentic Mexican spot and also Nuevo Laredo

Finally, we had a call for Hot Chick Peas, the hidden gem at PREP near spaghetti junction which has my favorite shawarma and falafels in ATL.
